THE CUSTOMER INC MANIFESTO

You work hard all day to become a customer.  Fortune 500 CEOs fight their way through business negotiations and when the sun sets they direct their chauffeurs to navigate to the nearest watering hole to purchase a cocktail…to become a customer.  As the high priced patron sips his drink at the bar, the chauffeur waits outside by the city’s best hot dog stand.  He can’t resist.  The smell of sauerkraut overwhelms his temptations and just like that, the servant becomes a customer.


This small tale repeats itself across the world countless times a day in all different forms.  This story tells you what Customer Inc. is about. The brand represents the desire to be served…the daily conviction to take a rest at the hands of someone else.  We sell attractive, comfortable clothing that advocates the customer we all become at some point throughout the day. The lifestyle of a customer is everyone. No one is omitted.  

Is selling clothes that confirm this “serve me” identity the sole goal of the company?  Absolutely not.  Reading between the lines will take you on a commonly walked yet uncharted journey the customer takes. We intend to take the derogatory preconception out of being a consumer.  Our apparel will encourage growth and sales in all parts of the world through its underlying concepts and captivating pieces.  A global economic jumpstart is not too far from the possible contributions this company can make to the free world.  Changing minds is a business and we want in.  We’re tired of your Craigslist reposting.  We want your customer to make that jump.  We want you to sell as much as we do.  Let us cater your body in fine garb while you take that march from your job to your watering hole.
